- Finance Committee is an advisory council to the Pastor in all financial matters that support the church's mission
and ministries. It is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the church budget and oversees all fiscal matters in collaboration with the Pastor. The Finance Committee functions
as steward of the people's sacrificial gift for the life of the parish and our sharing with others.
»Finance Report 2007 - School Finance Committee Advises parish Finance Committee, principal and Pastor on all financial matters concerning Saint Ann School. It assists in the preparation, implementation, and
oversight of the school budget and makes recommendations regarding school tuition and the school's financial operations policies and resources.
- Parish Trustees are lay members of the parish who serve with the Bishop and pastor in forming the corporate structure of the parish. They annually sign the legal documents required for
incorporation in the State of New Jersey.
- Weekly Bulletin The Saint Ann weekly bulletin is the primary means of communication within the parish. The bulletin is distributed weekly at Sunday worship and may be picked up at the
doors of the church, the parish office, or the outdoor bulletin box located in front of the church on the Lawrence Avenue side. Bulletins will be mailed upon request.
- Pastoral Council This newly formed council is a "wisdom" group responsible for helping the parish keep faithful to its mission.
