- Mass Band
The Saint Ann 12:30 Mass Band was formed during the summer of 2001 by Eleanor and Micah Kiel. The band steadily increased in size during its first months of existence, and soon grew to its current membership. The band, which seeks to energize and enliven the Catholic musical worship, provides music for the 12:30 p.m. Sunday Mass, and other services and events for the parish and local community of Lawrenceville. The band is open to accepting musicians of varying talent, providing the ability to read music. We are currently seeking more members to join us!
- Little Angels Choir
In its third year of existence, the Saint Ann Little Angels Choir is open to all St. Ann’s Parish children grades K-4. Our veteran choristers are welcome to stay on to help, especially if Youth Choir has no room. The choir is currently seeking new members for the 2006-2007 season. Our mission is to offer and encourage prayer, especially to children, in 3 ways: liturgical words, son and singing. We extend charity to seniors, shut-ins, soldiers, sick children and the homeless. Little Angels Choir sings preludes to 9:30 Mass once a month and performs at charity events around Holidays. Christi Fortier and Agnes McFadden lead the Little Angels.

The Saint Ann Youth Choir was established in 1987 by Jean DiMarco at the request of Msgr. Thomas J. Frain. Eleanor Kiel, director and Mark DeGuzman, accompanist lead the choir. The primary purpose of the choir is to provide a vehicle for youth to become more involved with parish worship. Youth from grades 5 through high school are invited to join. The choir is currently seeking new members for the 2006-2007 season, especially boys! The choir has been fortunate to have many strong directors and accompanists over the past years, among them Miss DiMarco, Brett Walzer, Christopher Sliwinski, Debbie Condrat, Lorrie Janick, Mark DeGuzman, Sasha and Larissa Buerano, and Mike Diao.
- Adult Choir
The Saint Ann Adult Choir was established in 1984. One year later, Rosemary Hadland and Arthur E. Brown formally organized the choir. Under their strong leadership, the choir grew from 12 members to 60. The choir accepts adults of varying musical ability. They are currently seeking new members for the 2006-2007 season. The choir has been active in the community, as well as the world. They have sung for many local events, special masses and choral celebrations. In 1996, the choir participated in a pilgrimage and tour to Italy, where they had the opportunity to sing for Pope John Paul II. In 2002, the choir traveled to France, where they sang at many Marian Shrines, most notably, that at Lourdes. It is with tremendous gratitude that the choir now rehearses in the Music Room of our new F.D.C. Thank you to all who made our dream become a reality!

- Cantor Ensemble
The St. Ann Cantor Ensemble was formed Advent of 2005 to give our talented cantors an opportunity to sing together a small ensemble for masses. Singing in 4 part harmony on all service and special music is a particular aim of the group.
- Resurrection Choir
Resurrection Choir is a group of volunteer parishioners that leads the sung prayer at each Mass of Resurrection celebrated in our parish. They do this to assist those who've lost a relative or friend. The choir is open to anyone who would like to assist in this ministry and is generally available during the morning hours.
- Sunrise Choir
Sunrise Choir is a group of parishioners who gather spontaneously in the choir area before the 7:30 a.m. Sunday Mass to lend support to one another and the community as they join in song. There are no meetings and no practices—just people who are interested in helping us sing well.
